Ground Water Intrusion at Local University

When heavy rains flooded a lecture hall at a Charlotte university, we were onsite in minutes to handle the water damage. Ground water intrusion is considered a Category 3/black water clean up thanks to the chemical cocktail of dirt, lawn care chemicals, seepage from nearby drains and potential septic contaminants. SERVPRO has the specific equipment and disinfectants needed to make these spaces dry and safe again. SERVPRO does their best job to clean materials and treat them to leave no evidence of the damages that may have been caused during the water loss. Our crew did a great job here cleaning the carpet and making sure there was no staining.
