Hotel Water Loss

Water loss can happen to anyone at anytime. These photos were taken at a hotel located in Charlotte that had a water loss. We were called and arrived onsite within 2 hours of the initial call. We were able to get there and begin extraction of the water and place drying equipment in a quickly and efficient manner in order to make sure the hotel was able to safely place customers in these rooms again. The hotel staff was grateful that we could work with them on their time and their needs based on their strict policies and was thankful that the crew was knowledgeable in a situation like this.
